We want you to love and get motivated with your purchase. But if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchased merchandise from Combaticus with in 7 days from the date received for a full refund

 

You have 15 days from your order date to request a for a exchange. Once you have requested a return or exchange , you have 5 days to ship your item(s). Any return shipped more than 5 days from the return request date will be eligible for store credit only.

All purchases must be pre-authorized for return.  All merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and must be accompanied by the packing slip from the original shipment.

 

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for all returns. your refund will be deducted a 15% off restocking fee .Refunds may take up to 10 business days.

 

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. You may choose to either send the return package to us at your own cost using your preferred method of shipping** or we can provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label for which a $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
